John Piper has been the preaching pastor at Bethlehem Baptist Church in Minneapolis since 1980.

Prior to his pastorate, Dr. Piper taught biblical studies at Bethel College in St. Paul, Minnesota.

Dr. Piper is a graduate of Wheaton College, Fuller Theological Seminary, and the University of Munich.
